GOE的规矩±3，达到其中2个点＋1，达到4个点＋2，达到6以上个点+3.

1) unexpected / creative / difficult entry（出其不意/富有创意/难度 进入）

2) clear recognizable steps/free skating movements immediately preceding element（清晰的步伐以及动作元素）

3) varied position in the air / delay in rotation （空中位置变化/延迟旋转）

4) good height and distance（好的高度和远度）

5) good extension on landing / creative exit （落冰之后好的流程/富有创造的退出）

6) good flow from entry to exit including jump combinations / sequences（从进入到退出动作都流畅）

7) effortless throughout（过程轻松不费力）

8) element matched to the musical structure （符合音乐结构）

GOE的规矩±5，达到1个加1分，2个2分。。安次类推5个以上5分。

1) very good height and very good length (of all jumps in a combo or sequence)（好的高度和远度，包括连跳和单跳）

2) good take-off and landing（好的起跳和落冰）

3) effortless throughout (including rhythm in Jump combination)（过程轻松不费力）

4) steps before the jump, unexpected or creative entry（起跳之前步伐，出其不意或创造性进入）

5) very good body position from take-off to landing（起跳和落冰的位置都非常好）

6) element matches the music （符合音乐结构）

其实双手举起跳跃这一个，无论是改规矩之前还是之后，都没有明确的列出它会不会加分的，但我会把它放在（改规矩前）第七点和（改规矩后）第三点里面，体现跳跃过程轻盈轻松。
